Perfect service. Quality Product

So I was looking for a PS5 controller with paddles been using paddles for years now and take tried alot of the options out there.

At present I accept had client controllers before and like the other offerings Aim has a massive pick of designs. Including their dexter blueprint which I quickly fell in beloved with. While is was in their configuration choosing this that and the other when information technology came to choosing paddles they did not have an option that matched the Dexter front. Also my Gamer tag was one letter too long for the configurator.

And then I want to their client service electronic mail and thought I would try my luck. I plant IGNs review for the Aim PS5 controller and it had a white back with ruddy splatter. Something that wasn't bachelor on the configurator at the fourth dimension.

So I asked AIM tin can they adjust my wants by plumbing fixtures my Gamer tag and the white dorsum. Much to my surprise and without much delay they gladly said Aye.

Now delivery wasn't quick took a good couple months but because it wasn't something with in their usual offerings I was willing to wait.

Boy was it worth information technology. The controller is gorgeous and was well worth the wait.

Now the paddles. I have never used a PS5 controller so I was anxious about where my fingers would rest on the paddles. My easily fit perfectly. They have a satisfaction click with adept feedback that is consequent with the action beingness performed on screen. I couldn't find a fashion to press the paddle with no response. I do not take to overstretch or hold the controller in a way that is uncomfortable. Superb feeling with awesome build quality without calculation a ton of bulk to the controller.

To sum upwardly my experience: Client service and their manufacting process want in a higher place and beyond what I expected being very polite and courteous to my needs.

Nice Controller and quick delivery (SpeedyAim)

The Controller looks very nice and feels very practiced and works perfectly. But I simply used it a few hours and so let's hope it stays that manner :)

Speedy Aim was really fast and it only took from June 1st to June 4th to be built and delivered (I live in Frg)

The only thing which could be improved is that you lot only get the swapsticks you chose during the club-process. I thought I would get all swapsticks (small, medium, high) for the left and correct stick

The client service is so good! Just the product quality is not good, atleast on my ps5. I have had for 3-4 months now, and I have replaced my back paddles four times already... The controller itself is practiced, its a standard ps5, simply the quality of the back paddles are really bad. Already after two weeks from getting the controller both my back paddles broke. And go on in listen that I dont play so much.

Great controller (problems with shipping)

I dearest the controller! It looks and feels awesome, and the paddles are a life saver!

DHL lost my package, simply this is not the fault of AIM controllers visitor and so I exercise not arraign you. I finally received my controller after 2 actress weeks.

Skillful choice of controller

Super fast delivery with the speedyaim shipping. I had the controller inside 72h. I dear the controller and the smart triggers/bumpers. Only affair I recall could be better is the position of the upper spider triggers. I accept long fingers and using them is kinda hard. So I currently use two-iii of the 4 paddles.

Good, but with light issues

Arrived within 3 days every bit promised when going with the express aircraft for 70 bucks. The only issue are the paddles. They aren't made for people with big hands, my fingers get far over the paddles so it'southward uncomfortable to hold the Controller. An pick for people with big hands with longer paddles would be swell. Other than that, peachy service and product.

This is the second controller I have purchased (kickoff i being for the PS4). Ordering was easy and the controller was received sooner than initially promised.

They tell you, that the controllers accept lifetime warranty, but all of import parts accept a few weeks...

I bought 2 aim controllers a while back for my brother and me and was very excited to bring my game to the next level. But the merely fashion it went was downhill. I got the controllers shipped to my brothers address in the U.s.a. and was then exited to commencement playing when he came back home. I started playing with the controller and everything was fine, until 10 hours of game time later... it keeps blinking orange twice, and there is nothing to do about it... my brother then gave me his, and that controller started to Stick drift afterwards three days!!!
The quality is awful practise not buy information technology!

Beautiful for the price

The controller looks beautiful, functions just like the regular PS5 controller and the optional charging cable is long enough for me to play while it's charging. Money well spent.

Im very happy with my buy

Im very happy with my purchase. Controller looks fantastic and fill up great in hand. The paddles although took a lil getting utilise to has really improved my game. AimControllers are A+++++

Controller works well and so far

Controller works well so far. I much preferred the older style back paddles and the original PS5 controller back. Not sure why the new paddles seem much more frail and the controller back (the standard option) is very slippery and cheap feeling. Overall I have had two Aim Controllers and for the price compared to the competition y'all cannot beat them. Please do not offering less quality materials than what was offered on my Dec. 2021 purchase.

Horrible experience, DON'T Buy!!!!

Ordered my controller on 3/2/2022 and information technology is now 5/4/2022 and I have not received my controller. I've emailed customer service, I've called the number and received no response. I am very unhappy with this feel and will be contacting the BBB as it appears this is some sort of scam website. Basically scammed out of $250.
